Ⅰ.Brief Description of BOC GREAT WALL card “Maglev Multi-trip” (CIFUTONG) service
“Maglev Multi-trip” service is a kind of preferential electronic ticket product valid for multiple trips on maglev train using Bank of China RMB credit card as the carrier.
Any passenger who holds a valid BOC Great Wall card may buy desired maglev multi-trip service product at multi-trip service window the ticketing office by paying the amount of the corresponding service product. And the clerk will write the service into the card and validate it on the spot. Holding such a BOC Great Wall card with maglev multi-trip service validated and activated, the passenger may enter the station through a fast passage and board the train.

Ⅱ. Information for users
"Maglev Multi-trip" service shall be supplied to a passenger who holds a valid BOC Great Wall RMB card (the service shall be purchased against such a valid card). If the credit card he uses becomes invalid due to card expiration, loss reported, invalidated, blacklisted and for any other reasons, the maglev multi-trip service incorporated in the card will cease to be valid with the invalidation of the card. If this happened, the passenger would be asked to make haste to changing the credit card and paying back at the appropriate site of the Bank of China. With this formality completed, the maglev multi-trip service will resume with the validation of the credit card.

For the maglev multi-trip service, the minimum interval between two successive card readings of one and the same card is 15 minutes.

The maglev multi-trip service product, once sold, may not be returned. The validity is one year from the date of purchase. It will be invalid after the specified period. So passengers are asked to use it within the validity.

Passengers who ride the maglev train using maglev multi-trip service product must observe the "Notice to Passengers of Shanghai Maglev Demonstration Line."

Passengers who buy the maglev multi-trip service product should ask for invoices of their own accord.
